Shipping DOMESTIC ORDERS All domestic orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $7.00, no matter how much you order. Stock up and enjoy the flat rate shipping!! INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Our shopping cart is not set up to accept international orders. If you are shopping with us outside of the U.S., you will need a Paypal account in order to make your purchase. Please email your order to us, and we will send you an invoice through Paypal for your items, that reflects the appropriate shipping cost. Shipping costs will vary, depending on the size of your order. Our international orders ship via the United States Postal Service. All items shipped internationally are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Little Posh Princess is not responsible for lost international orders, custom or duty fees, or any additional fees imposed by your local company or shipping company. We reserve the right not to ship to addresses which are associated in our experience with fraud.
Returns and Exchange Policy We, at Little Posh Princess, want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will glady accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days once you've received your item. Items must be returned to Little Posh Princess in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please send all returns/exchanges via USPS to: Little Posh Princess P.O. Box 141501 Columbus, OH 43214 (UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes) Your exchange will be treated as a return. To exchange an item, re-purchase the item that you want and you will be credited for your return once it is received. Undeliverable items and refused shipments will be charged the original shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee. Shipping fees, both ways, are nonrefundable, unless there has been an error on our part. If a free shipping offer was used, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If an exchange is expected and not made properly through a web sale, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return. Sale items and Swim Suits are non-refundable, and all sales become final 14 days after you've recieved the item. Holiday merchandise becomes a final sale on the date of the holiday. Any Holiday merchandise that is returned within 3 weeks of the holiday cannot be refunded, but we will be happy to issue an in-store credit. |
